Shipping policy

Shipping is the main way we deliver our products to you, the customers, so we take it as serious as bird listing a Big Year. All our products come with free shipping when you spend $35 or more in the USA. A $10 flat rate applies for Canada outside of Vancouver, BC and international prices will be calculated at checkout.

After you place your order, we package our freshly roasted Bird Firendly coffee and ship it out at the beginning of each week. We typically will get the order in the mail by Tuesday of each week, but sometimes it's Wednesday. For same week shipping please get your orders in by early Monday morning PST.

Shipping once dropped off at the post office typically takes 2-6 business days to reach a customer. Shipping comes from Washington state so the further from that point, the longer the shipping times.
